Life suffocates badly when the only option offered by luck is compromise. We try our best despite of adverse circumstances but at the end nothing matters except truism. Books says 'Patience is Power' however, universal truth is 'Voices Empower'. We value words although words are key points of disconnect. Silence often bring our self-esteem to a level of infinity. सेल्फ लव

आज बगल वाली टेबल पर एक मध्यम उम्र के व्यक्ति बैठे थे।आसपास हर टेबल पर कोई - न- कोई अपने परिवार के साथ आया था लेकिन वो बिल्कुल अकेले थे। अकेले होने के बावजूद अकसर हम लोगों से दूर अलग- थलग किसी कोने में बैठने के बजाय वो परिवार और बच्चों से घिरे टेबल पर बैठे थे। शायद हमसे पहले आए थे इसलिए जब हम पहुंचे तब तुरंत ही उनका ऑर्डर आ गया। ऑर्डर में पारंपरिक थाली थी । वैसे साइकाॅलजी कहती हैं कि जो व्यक्ति अकेले सिनेमा देखने या रेस्तरां में खाना खाने जा सकता है वह मानसिक रूप से बहुत मजबूत होता है। आज पहली बार किसी ऐसे व्यक्ति को देखा। आसपास मौजूद लोग उन्हें संदेह या सहानुभूति भरी दृष्टि से देख रहे थे। कुछ फुसफुसाहट भी सुनाई दे रही थी।सोशल मीडिया पर हम हर दूसरे दिन किसी - न-किसी को सेल्फ केयर और सेल्फ लव का महत्व समझाते हुए पाते हैं लेकिन असल जिंदगी में सेल्फ लव को लोग बड़े जजमेंटल होकर देखते है। "अरे बड़ा स्वार्थी है" , "नहीं - नहीं लगता है परिवार में कोई नहीं इसका"," मेरी मानो घरवाली से झगड़ कर आया होगा" आदि। हमारा समाज सेल्फ लव को आधुनिकता के चोंचले मानता है। और ...

चाँद और रात : नए परिप्रेक्ष्य में जैसे लोनलिनेस और साॅलिटयूड में अन्तर होता है वैसे ही रात और अंधेरी रात में भी फर्क़ होता है। अब भला ये क्या बात हुई मतलब रात में अंधेरा तो होता ही है तो हर रात अंधेरी रात हुई। तुम भी न हर बात में कोई - न- कोई बेतुकी फिलाॅसफी घुसा देती हो। छोड़ो रात को जीने वाले इसका फर्क़ बेहतर जानते है। वैसे बड़ी अजीब बात है लोगों को सुबह का इंतजार रहता है रात की तो कोई अहमियत ही नहीं। जिनके आँखों में सपने होते हैं उन्हें दिन का इंतजार होता है। सही भी है आखिर सपने पूरे करने की कोशिश दिन में ही की जा सकती । लेकिन फिर रात का क्या? कुछ लोग रात काटते हैं तो कुछ रात बिताते हैं। मुझे लगता है रात का हर शख्स के जिंदगी में अलग मायने है। दिन भर काम कर घर आने वाले थके हारे इंसान के लिए रात सुकून है। कम्पटिशन की तैयारी करने वाले के लिए दिन के 24 घण्टों से चुराए हुए कुछ एक्स्ट्रा घण्टे है रात। पता नहीं लोगों को रात में सिर्फ अंधेरा, नेगेटिविटी ही क्यों दिखती। कहते हैं हर रात की सुबह होती है पर हर सुबह को रात की जरूरत होती है। दिन भर के पचरो से निजात देती है रात। ...
